KC-135 HIFI21 59-1476 and HIFI24 62-3561 arrived at Fairchild AFB this afternoon. Called STRIKEHAWK on 311.0 with arrival message.

 

 

VH078 KC-45A 20-46078 was delivered from Everett to the Military Delivery Center at Boeing Field on November 23. Today it departed BFI on an orientation flight for the USAF crew as BOE469. They joined with BOE464 KC-46A N464KC for refueling in the Pegasus track. A/A comms on 225.025.

Three depot return C-17s from San Antonio landed at McChord.

The last 747, N863GT for Atlas Air, is on the Boeing Everett flightline for functional checks prior to first flight. On December 15 I captured a few ACARS messages.

December 8

KC-135 ARCTIC31 and P-8A 169332 GREYKNIGHT48 departed NAS Whidbey for aerial refueling in AR626. Before entering the W-237 they contacted DOWNRIGGER on 128.025. Boom freq 235.1.

E-6B APRON19 / MCCULLAN broadcast EAM on 11.175 at 2320z and 2350z. At 0020z broadcast another EAM as station PUSH CART.
