Shortly after departing Travis AFB E-6B CUSHY22 tried to raise HEADDRESS and MAINSAIL on 11.175 with no response, then checked into the net in the blind at 1624z. At 1725z and 1750z broadcast an EAM using the backend callsign FAIRNESS.
EP-3E PR325 arrived at NAS Whidbey from NAS Patuxent River, called VQ-1 Base on 274.55 with arrival message.
